SHIPPING POLICY
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. However we work hard to ship all orders out ahead of the standard time. All of our items are handcrafted, so we ask for your understanding of our shipping and processing times. All orders unless otherwise stated are shipped via USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses will either be refunded, less the shipping fees, or reshipped at the customer's request. Additional shipping fees will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with each and every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products once they have shipped, but if there is a problem, please contact us. We will do our best to correct the situation. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will send a replacement. 3 photos of the damage should be sent to hello@SweetEdenNaturals.com along with your order number within 2 days of receiving your order.
